The organiser shall be responsible for
providing accommodation and transport
(transport costs to be calculated based
on the rates of an SNCF return ticket
in effect)
To be provided
by the organiser :
The set up of the sound system as well
as the competent technicians for its installation.
A qualified sound engineer shall be present
for the entire duration of the performance
and will see to the impeccable quality
of sound of the latter. The sound system
and lighting should have already been
completed upon arrival of the musicians.
The sound engineer should be present during
the setting up of the instruments as well
as the sound check. The volume of the
amplifier shall be adapted to the size
of the hall or open air area.
The organiser undertakes to provide food
and refreshments for Marcel and his musicians
(at a restaurant near to the concert hall
if possible, the same applies to lodging).
